got a call from some robotic woman claiming to be from hmrc, warning me not to ignore the message and that if they don’t get a reply from me or my lawyer, i should prepare for court or whatever. obviously a complete scam, so i just blocked the number. this is my second one this week!

I got a message saying the tax office was chasing me about something urgent. Seems like a total scam to me. Not going to ring them back and I’m blocking the number straight away.

I got a weird call from a woman with an American accent saying my internet was hacked and would be cut off right away, then the call just ended suddenly. What’s odd is I tried to get on my internet after and it kept freezing, took me like three tries to actually log in. The number said it was from Oxford, which made it even more confusing.
