I got a call from these lot saying I’d been in a car crash or something. I tried to get them to explain what they actually knew, asked quite a few questions, but as soon as I did, they just hung up on me. Funny enough, last time they called, when I asked them to tell me my own name, they said they couldn’t because of data protection rules or something daft like that!
