Honestly, those folks seem like they've got no sort of upbringing whatsoever... it’s like they don’t even have a mum.

I have no idea who this person is, but honestly, they should feel ashamed. They used a genuine name and claimed someone had been in a car accident, which was totally false and gave us a massive scare for days. They said something like “---- has been hurt in a crash,” then the call just cut off. When we tried calling back, there was this American voice saying “your call is very important to us, please wait,” before the phone disconnected again. It’s really disgusting behaviour.
