Those individuals are a right disgrace... it's as if they were simply churned out without a hint of maternal care.

I'm not exactly sure who this person is, but they ought to feel quite embarrassed about their actions-so many levels of shame! They used a genuine name and claimed they'd been involved in an accident, which turned out to be completely false, leaving us in a state of distress for days. They announced, "---- has had a car accident," and then the call abruptly cut off. When I attempted to return the call, I was met with an American voice saying, "Your call is extremely important to us, please hold," only for the line to go dead again. It's utterly appalling!
