I cheekily replied that I did indeed have a minor incident when I was just two - the unforgettable moment I had an accident and soiled my trousers. Oddly enough, although I reside in Leicestershire, my locality falls under 'Charnwood', which operates independently and isn't governed by Leicestershire County Council at all. When I refused to provide my 'credit card details, full name, address, and date of birth', the caller became quite aggressive and eventually ended the conversation abruptly. I used 1471 to trace the number and was surprised to find it linked to a location in Orkney.
