I get calls every day at about 9 in the morning. Now, as soon as I answer with a "Hello," I just leave the phone off the hook until they hang up. Today, I even left the handset near the radio blaring to see what happens. Lately, it’s been this old-fashioned sounding English bloke, probably trying to sound trustworthy to trick you into talking. Do these lot ever take a hint and stop hassling a number that doesn’t bite? I’m hoping it’s burning a hole in their pocket.
