Got a call from BT today and they kept hanging up on me unless I pressed some buttons to sort out my bill! I have no clue there's a BT head office in Harris, so I just let it ring and ignored it.

So, got a call today from someone claiming to be from BT saying they were going to cut our phone line. They’ve rang heaps of times since then, always with the same story, but each call comes from a different number. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
