I had to ask this caller to clarify their identity and purpose about three or four times as their English wasn’t the clearest. After some persistence, I gathered they were saying my insurance for my television and other devices had lapsed. When I inquired about which devices, they mentioned things like the TV and satellite dish. I pointed out that I don’t even own a satellite dish, and that was enough for me to cut the conversation short and hang up!
