Just got a weird call claiming to be from BT, saying I had to go on my computer and download some program from a site. Not really sure what the deal was but it smelled like a scam to me. Watch out for stuff like this!

Got a call from a lady with a thick accent, maybe Indian or Malaysian, saying she was ringing from BT. She warned that fraudsters were trying to steal our details and that our internet would be cut off for three months. I told her straight up that I didn’t believe a word she said and that tricking people like that was just wrong. She got rude and started swearing at me as I hung up.
