Got a call back from someone I’d spoken to before, and they were asking why I ended the call. Thing is, I never hung up - they actually cut me off. They started getting quite pushy, claiming they were from BT or TalkTalk and accusing me of hanging up first.

I got a call supposedly from BT warning me my internet was hacked. Turned out a right nightmare bloke who ended up calling me a motherf#ker. Pretty sure BT don’t talk to customers like that... seems dodgy to me.

He rang once more claiming to be from BT. My wife picked up first. When she wouldn’t hand the phone over to me and told him to speak with her instead, he swore at her and hung up straight away.

I got a call saying my internet was at risk or something. I just ended it straight away. Then the bloke rang again, said his name was Michael Williams and he was from BT or something. I hung up again, and he tried one more time but I didn’t pick up. Proper hassle that was.
