I got a robot call saying my internet would be cut off in 24 hours because of “suspicious activity”. I pressed 1 and a guy said he was from BT Openreach tech team, supposedly calling from London, but funny enough the phone number was from the Scottish Highlands! When I called him out for bothering me, he snapped back that I shouldn’t have hit 1, then just hung up. Total scam, steer clear of this.
