8 yearsGot a call from someone saying they were from British Gas, trying to verify our meter number as there was some confusion with other people’s readings on our account. Weirdly, I’d already had a similar call yesterday from 0166164023 with the exact same story. I just hung up and later rang British Gas myself to check - turned out it was nothing from their side. Seems like it might be some broker fishing for info.
