I was in the middle of a video chat with a mate when this number popped up trying to get hold of me. The options showed up and I hit the 'please text me' button by mistake coz I was distracted, meant to reject the call but didn't notice. No text has come through so far. From reading what others have said, I reckon it might be some kind of nuisance caller. Not sure how to report it properly tho.
