This call showed up on a VoIP line. I pressed 1 hoping to get through to BT, but no-one answered, so I ended up just hanging up. I don’t have BT anyway, so don’t really get why I even tried. Smells like a scam to me.

It began with a robotic voice asking a question - classic TalkTalk scam I've seen pop up a few years back. They expect you to get angry, just ignore it, shut them down, and block the number immediately.

I usually just let it go to voicemail and then block the number. That way, I don’t have to deal with them calling me back from that same number.
