I received a rather unsolicited call from someone named Amber at ***** Legal Services, claiming I had been involved in a road traffic accident and offering legal assistance. When I asked her to clarify and spell out the name of her firm, she became quite hostile, insinuating that I had a hearing problem and rudely suggested I should see a doctor before abruptly hanging up. Curiously, the number is unreachable!
Absolutely inappropriate and downright rude!

Just to clarify, I've not been involved in any road traffic accident whatsoever.

It's baffling how we can combat the dodgy practices of firms like this. I truly wish I had managed to catch the name of her company!
