Got two calls on my mobile today, but no voicemail left either time. I returned one call using caller ID blocked, only to get a recorded voice with an American accent saying something like "your call matters... please hold on..." and then it just cut off. Seen similar patterns from other numbers like this before - pretty sure it’s some kind of cold call or maybe a scam.
