Got a voicemail saying that loads of money was taken from my bank this morning. I ended the call straight away. When I tried ringing back, it just rang out and then cut off with that 'number not in service' tone. What worries me is that the number looked like it was from around here, so it could easily trick people who might not be on their guard.
