A man with a heavy accent kept saying he was from British Telecom and claimed there was an issue with my internet connection. Heads up, this is absolutely a scam. I've had calls from the same guy many times, always the same story. I just told him to send an engineer out with a new router like I normally would. They're only after getting access to your PC. You can always tell it's a con because BT never rings you directly - they always send an email first if there's a problem.
