This was one of those PPI claiming calls. I told them I wasn’t interested but they kept pushing, saying I could definitely make a claim and even offered to send some forms in the post. I kept refusing, saying I already had a proper firm handling it. Despite that, they persisted, asking for my address repeatedly. I said again I didn’t want any documents and if I needed help, I’d get in touch. After a pause, they finally hung up. Really irritating and felt like a complete waste of time.
