Got a call from a daft number today and they were just laughing the whole time.

They ring me up then just hang up straight away. Only once did someone actually talk to me and they asked if I remembered talking about PPI a couple of weeks back. I've never even had a chat about PPI with anyone before. Feels like a proper scam to me, and it's becoming harassment now.

Heads up, this is definitely a dodgy scam. They lure you in with talk of rewards or PPI payouts but it’s all a ploy. Once they have your info, they’ll ask for your bank details claiming they need it to send you a refund. Next thing you know, they’re trying to take out loans pretending to be you. Classic identity theft scam, so watch out and don’t share any personal data.

I picked up the phone and they just hung up on me. Classic trick from Jon to check if your number’s still live. I’m pretty sure I’m gonna get swamped with sales calls now. Bloody annoying!

I got a call saying I had some PPI money coming back, but then they tried to push me into taking out some kind of life insurance policy. Bit strange if you ask me!

This number rang me earlier, and the woman on the other end asked if I recalled sending back my life insurance documents to claim some PPI. It made no sense to me at all, so I told her I didn’t remember doing anything like that. She then rudely said I was confused. When I asked what she meant by that, she accused me of being mad! She kept going on and on, telling me I was free to make a complaint and all that. The whole thing was so absurd - honestly, it was the strangest call I’ve ever had. I just ended up laughing and hanging up!
