I got a call from someone saying they were with British Telecom, telling me there was an issue with my phone line and that it would be disconnected in the next 24 hours. They asked me to press one to talk to a technician. This happened twice, once on Friday 27th September and then again on the 30th. Obviously, the phone line never got cut off like they said, so I reckon it was a dodgy scam call. Best thing to do is just ignore it and hang up.
