So this bloke named “Tom” rang me claiming to be from some government department about loft insulation. He had no clue about my insulation situation but straight away started worrying me about mould and condensation. Then he told me not to panic - when I said I wasn’t bothered, he didn’t seem amused at all. After that, he tried to get some details about me. When I said I wasn’t the owner of the house, he just slammed the phone down. I’m pretty sure I’ve dealt with this guy before, but he was using a different number back then. Best not to share anything with him.
