Yep, it was Tom once more! Different phone number, but same guy. He repeated the usual routine, asking about government loft insulation, surveys, condensation issues, and whether my loft was reachable. I decided to mix it up a bit this time and just kept replying with ‘Mmmm...’ now and then. The moment I answered ‘Yes’ when asked if I'd converted my loft, he quickly hung up on me. Total SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.
