Picked up the phone thinkin it was someone I was waitin on. Could clearly hear a call centre buzzin in the background, but no one said a word back. It felt pretty sketchy and like some sort of creepy harassment since they just stayed on the line without hangin up. I've gone ahead and blocked this number now, no chance of lettin them ring again.
