There was a pretty long pause before a recorded female voice came on claiming to be from Banking Security, going on about some problem with my account but not giving any real details. I just hung up straight away and sent a text to report it to the right authorities. Figured I’d leave a note here too, although since the number was obviously faked, I can’t see it getting used again.
