Got a call from a guy called Steve at Coastal, telling me they’ve started doing kitchens now and asked if I wanted a new one. I said I do, but only after sorting out a bunch of other things first. He was quite polite and said alright. Hard to know if it was an honest call or some scam, or even if his name was really Steve. This cold calling thing really gets on my nerves and makes me feel uneasy. I’d never in a million years trust anyone who uses such tactics to get work. So, ringing me was a complete waste of time.

Coastal Windows have been ringing us up loads. We’ve had quite a bit of work done through them, and while the first few jobs were alright, the last one was really poor quality. Plus their owner was incredibly rude when I spoke to him. Definitely not using them again. Despite telling them to stop, they keep calling, totally ignoring the fact we’re done with them. After spending thousands, you’d think they’d treat us better as customers.

Got a call from this number today, and it's for Coastal Windows based in Torquay, Devon. They were making unsolicited calls, asking for someone who doesn’t even live at the number they dialled. Seems like they don’t bother checking the Telephone Preference Service before cold calling, which they’re supposed to do by law. The person on the phone was polite, but the company really shouldn’t be phoning numbers on the TPS list without getting permission first.
