Was this guy on the phone acting all shifty, said he was calling from BT about changing our internet plan. His accent was all over the place, like from a dodgy call centre or something, and I could barely make out a word he said. Pretty sure it was a scam, so I just told him I couldn’t hear a thing and hung up right away.

Got a call from this number, a guy speaking broken English said our internet was having issues. I told him I'd connect him to our IT team, then he just hung up on me.

Got a call from a bloke with a strange accent saying he was from BT tech support about my internet. I just told him that if he was legit, he’d know I’ve never had BT services and then I ended the call. Totally a scam.

So, these guys called me just like before and then just dropped the call. But they didn’t stop - kept on ringing back even after I ended it a few times. Proper annoying!

this guy called me with a really dodgy accent, claiming to be from our internet provider but never mentioned which company. he said there was a problem with our internet. knew it was fishy so i just hung up since i already know the real person and number we deal with for our service.

Got a call from a woman saying she was from BT Openreach. She told me my internet settings were hacked and changed from private to public because “someone was using it for illegal stuff.” I didn’t really buy it and ended the call right there.
