Got a call from someone trying to freak me out about our loft insulation being cancer-causing. When I told her we’d actually converted the loft completely over a year ago, she suddenly said sorry. I received a rather dodgy call from Loft Fibre Glass Energy, and to say I’m unimpressed would be an understatement. When I asked them how they obtained my number, they completely sidestepped the question. They attempted to throw the new GDPR legislation in my face, claiming that my number isn’t classified as personal information. I can't possibly agree with that!

Got a silent ring from a landline number, so I decided to ring back. At first, I got a woman’s recording thanking me for calling the Energy hub or something like that. Then another lady started talking (might've been a recorded voice) saying they were trying to reach homeowners to inform them about something, but I couldn’t catch the rest.
