Got a call today from someone claiming to be TalkTalk saying my broadband and landline would be cut off immediately unless I pressed 1 to sort it out. I didn’t say a word and just ended the call straight away. Feels like a dodgy scam to me.

I picked up a call on my home phone and it was a recorded message saying my IP address was in trouble and to press 1 to fix it. I just hung up straight away because it sounded like a total scam. Then I went ahead and blocked that number too!

Got a call from a bloke with a really posh English accent saying my phone and broadband were being used without permission. Then he went on with the typical scam spiel - press 1 to speak to a technician or your service gets cut off. Sounds legit at first, but honestly, they're just trying to get into your broadband. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
