Got a call at around 9.50 from a bloke saying he was ringing about my mum’s BT broadband. I was with her at the time so I grabbed the phone and asked who it was. He said his name was Michael and that he was from BT. I told him there’s no internet at her place and asked him to take her info off his records, then he just hung up.
