They called and when I asked if anyone was there, all I got was silence.

a person with an asian accent called me up, knew me by my first name even. he went on about some tv insurance and maintanance plan ive apparently been paying on twice a year for 5 years. he claimed i was due for a discount or refund or something but none of it sounded right to me. i pressed him on who exactly i was paying this to. first he said some third party company. when i asked for a proper name he just kept repeating “a third party” and said he worked for the main company. i told him that all sounded dodgy and then he just hung up on me.
