This morning I got three calls from the same number. When I picked up, the person on the other end asked for someone I’ve never met before. I told them they must’ve got the wrong number, but they just said "No, this is the correct number," and hung up on me. Pretty weird.

Got a call from this number about an Amazon order I supposedly made for £99.99, but I don’t have any clue about it. I just ended the call straight away. I've reported it to the bank and the police now. The number apparently comes from Romney? Strange.

I've never shopped on Amazon but I got a call saying there was a charge of £77.99 on my Visa from something bought on Amazon. Definitely sounds like another scam to me.

Got a call from this number claiming to be Amazon. They said I had an order for £77 ready to be delivered, and if I hung up the delivery would still happen. They told me to call their helpline if I hadn't placed the order. Sounded fishy to me.
