Had a call at work from someone claiming they were with BT about some digging near our phone cables. I told him that all that stuff is sorted out by the landlord and it’s nothing we handle. He hung up but said he’d ring again on Monday. Proper annoying.

Got a call at work from 01794339301, they wanted to speak with me about our phone lines. One of my colleagues told them I wasn’t available, then the caller started saying something about my phone service being disconnected by some 'service distribution' if I didn’t pick up. When I rang back, it was obvious they were trying to push some ISDN line upgrade service. The whole thing felt really pushy and quite rude, with threats thrown in. Not impressed!
