They rang up just to check on how I was getting on after I’d finished my college course. Everything’s going good.

I got a call from this number around 7.15 yesterday evening, right before I was about to have my tea. From the looks of the other comments, it might be linked to a college somewhere in Swindon. But my lad studied at a college down in ESSEX, so why on earth would they ring me? Makes me wonder if colleges are sharing our phone details - if they are, honestly, they're just as bad as "Fakebook!" I've been getting loads of annoying calls these past three days, but there's no way it's a coincidence, surely?

Today at about 2.48pm, I got a call from a woman asking to speak to my 19-year-old daughter. She said she was ringing from an old college my daughter attended and wanted to know why she’d left. The woman never gave her full name, which made me suspicious straight away. My husband thought something was off too and ended up hanging up. It struck me as odd that someone from the college would ring after such a long time and not identify themselves properly. So I looked up the number from our landline, didn’t recognise it, and started searching online. That’s how I found your website - thank you for being here! Honestly, it’s so important to be cautious these days, especially when you’ve got teenage daughters. I’m glad we checked it out because so many people wouldn’t think twice and who knows what could happen.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Sunderland College, asking if I’m currently employed like they were doing some sort of job check. Thing is, they had nothing to do with my job at all, so I just ended the call. It came from a Swindon number, if that helps.
