Some bloke claimed he was calling from BT, but his English was pretty ropey, and the noises in the background sounded more like a busy market than a proper call centre. I asked for his supervisor, who spoke a bit clearer English but oddly had a very typical English name, Adam Mathews. When I pressed for an address, he just cut the call straight away. I checked the area code to see if it matched where he said he was from, but it didn’t show up anywhere nearby. Watch out for this one!
