I got a call from Derek for the second time, first one was from 01865254274. After I hung up the first call, he called back again. He sounded quite pushy, which made me sure it was a scam, but he kept saying it wasn’t. Told him straight I was ending the chat. Even then, he didn’t stop yapping and I had to just cut the call off!

Someone called saying they were from Virgin Media but had no clue about any of my details. Definitely seems like they need better training.
