some bloke said he was matthew and he was returning a call or summat? it was about loft insulation and some problems with damp and condensation. he wanted to set up a free loft check. i told him we had insulation done ages ago so i didn’t really get why he was ringing. after that he just hung up on me. the whole thing felt a bit strange.
