I thought we had laws like the Data Protection Act in this country, so how come these companies have my number and info when I’m ex-directory? I don’t even use Facebook or any comparison sites because I’m aware they just pass your details to these pests. Honestly, the government should put a stop to this kind of harassment with proper jail time - maybe then they'd think twice before breaking the rules.

This number just rang me and, like a few others have said, there was complete silence before the call got cut off. Honestly, it's daft behaviour since I’m guessing it's costing them cash - hope it is anyway. I've gone ahead and blocked the number on my phone because I’ve got better things to do than deal with this nonsense.
