I got a voicemail from this number, and it was quite alarming! The message urged me to return the call immediately by pressing 1, claiming there was an impending arrest warrant linked to a supposed tax refund. Without a moment's hesitation, I blocked this dodgy number straight away.

Got a call from Loulsa Robinson, who says she's a data & analytics prototyping manager at TFL. Honestly, she came off really horrible - super rude and downright aggressive. On top of that, she showed some really sexist and discriminatory attitudes, which honestly caught me off guard. Wouldn't recommend dealing with her or TFL at all!
