When I picked up, there was this annoying delay before the call fully connected and the line was pretty poor. The person on the other end said they were from Your Choice, ringing about my life insurance and ways I could save cash or get some money back. They did know one of my insurers which was a bit unsettling. Since I'd had a similar call from a blocked number before, I told them firmly I only wanted to deal with my actual provider. I asked them to please take me off their call list as I shouldn’t be getting these unsolicited calls at all.
