I received a rather alarming phone call today regarding my supposedly 'expiring life insurance'. Absolutely ridiculous, mind you! When I explained to the woman that I was expecting a call from my GP and requested her to end the call, her response was shockingly rude, insisting, 'not unless you ask nicely.' Utterly appalling conduct! When I pressed her for the company's name to lodge a formal complaint, she abruptly hung up. I believe she mentioned they were a 'Review Centre' or some such nonsense. A right bunch of con artists, if you ask me!
