Got a call saying they were from the review centre. Didn’t even get asked what it was about, just went straight to asking for the bloke who had this phone before me. He gave his work number to loads of people, so now I have to pick up all sorts of random calls. Proper annoying! You could tell it was a call centre because when I answered, there was that weird silence then a bunch of noise in the background when it was passed to someone else.
