They call my landline first, then if I don’t pick up, they ring my mobile. I’ve blocked both numbers, but somehow they still got through and left a voicemail on my mobile. Its just unbelievable and really annoying.

Its been over a week since I last got a call. When I finally reached my phone, the ringing had already finished. About the other comment, GDPR only starts on 25th May this year. I’m not convinced it’ll be any better than the old Data Protection Act.

Seems like this firm is going after folks who already have solar panels, trying to get them to swap to Solar Edge so each panel runs solo. I’m a bit worried there might be a data protection issue (like GDPR) since I can’t figure out where they got my info from. The idea sound decent but the maths just don’t add up - the payback period is way too long and it doesn’t make sense to pay for a new inverter that’s still doing its job perfectly well.

I somehow picked up on this number yesterday, thinking it was my garage ringing me. Turns out it was someone from Solar Plan. I just said I was in a meeting, which was true, so I couldn’t chat. Got another call from these people at 9:13 on a Saturday morning. My phone was on silent so I didn’t hear it, though I wouldn’t have picked up anyway. Don’t they get bored of constantly calling numbers that don’t pick up? Since it’s a UK landline, I reckon it’s about time I report them. My mobile isn’t registered with TPS yet, so I can’t complain there. Maybe I’ll get in touch with the Swansea police, it feels a bit like harassment.

Got a call from a solar panel company based in Swansea, Wales, but they were asking for someone who doesn’t live here. When I told the guy he dialled the wrong number, he started getting quite rude. Some bloke rang saying he was from a solar company. This must be like the fifth time they’ve called me about the solar panels already on my roof. I keep telling them I’m not interested and to stop calling, but they just don’t listen.
