The person on the phone was really courteous and gave me all the info I needed, and we sorted a date. If you’re not interested in having a smart meter, that’s fine, but a lot of the stuff written here sounds a bit off. They didn’t ask for any bank details or anything, just checked my name and the address for the installation, which was spot on.
