I got a call about a life insurance refund and the person on the other end was so rude. I politely asked if they could just remove me from their mailing list, and he snapped back, saying something like, "Oh, you want me to cancel your policy? Because if we don’t discuss it, that's exactly what'll happen." Proper uncalled for.
