Received a call today from a lady sporting an Indian accent on my landline here in Swansea, purporting to be associated with Microsoft. Once I realised that this was clearly a dodgy number and not at all typical of their customer service, I promptly ended the conversation and blocked her. Just goes to show, it’s definitely not the way reputable companies handle their affairs!

Got a call from a woman with an accent, she wanted to chat with my missus. When I mentioned she wasn’t here, she just hung up on me.

Got a call from a woman speaking with an Indian accent saying she was calling from Microsoft. I ended up blocking her number straight away.
