they rang me at 13:17 today but hung up as soon as my call blocking app kicked in. i don’t know who they were so i looked up the number to see who it belongs to. got enough details now to block it for good.

I have to say, he was unfailingly polite, but it was clear he wasn't going to let it go easily.

I received a rather persistent phone call from a firm insisting that I had been unfairly sold PPI. I informed them that I had already made a claim regarding it. The lady I spoke with mentioned that I could still pursue a claim for being underpaid. I explained that I’m currently enrolled in a debt management plan, which means they shouldn't be able to chase me for anything while I'm on it. She assured me she would log that information on her system. Despite this, I’m still bombarded with up to three calls a day during my working hours! I’ve attempted to block the number, yet they seem to have a knack for using different ones each time. It's exceedingly frustrating!

I received a call earlier today claiming that I might be entitled to over £3000 due to some PPI mis-selling. When I mentioned that I had never taken out PPI, he insisted that I could still be impacted (how does that work?). I asked him to take me off whatever list he was on and to stop calling me, but he insisted that there was no such list. Strangely, he claimed to have spoken to my husband, who supposedly provided our home number.
