My partner answered this time and told them he was going to reach out to the actual mobile provider to verify their claims, as the caller had threatened to terminate the contract when I refused to divulge information. The caller then resorted to quite aggressive language and ended the conversation rather rudely when my partner mentioned contacting the authorities. What a peculiar experience!

We received a call from this number at 23:42. It seems that individuals calling from Three mobile were inquiring about our reception issues in the area. They asked for details about where we purchased our phone and how long we've been tied into our contract. To me, these seem like rather intrusive questions that one would typically expect from a genuine service provider. When we asked for the caller’s name for verification, they hastily ended the call. This number appeared to originate from Swansea, which makes me suspicious; legitimate calls would normally come from an 0845 number or something similar. The caller claimed to be from Three mobile.
