I tried to call back the number from which we received a call about some discounted phone insurance, but I'm at a loss on how to reach them again. Gave it a go, but it didn’t lead anywhere. I’m starting to suspect it might be a scam!

Without a doubt, it’s a scam. I’ve got a straightforward method that’s worked like a charm for me. Whenever I’m on the line, I simply say, “Are you planning to request any banking information during this chat?” To which they usually respond, “Yes, indeed, Sir.” At that point, I don’t hesitate to wrap it up with, “Well, this conversation is done then. Cheers!” And just like that, the call is finished. Easy as pie!

I received a call from a company pushing lower rates on mobile phone insurance. However, I'm utterly baffled about how to reach them again. I tried ringing them back on the number they called me from, but to no avail. It feels all rather dodgy, if you ask me.
