I've just received a call from these individuals, and I must say, it's left us feeling quite anxious! They seemed to be asking for all sorts of details, claiming it was necessary for some insurance-related matters. However, the explanations they provided were all rather muddled and inconsistent every time they mentioned the phone again. I'd advise caution with these folks!

We’ve only had our shiny new O2 phone for a couple of hours and already, it’s buzzing with calls! Unfortunately, we couldn’t pick up the phone in time, so I’ve hopped on here to unearth who’s been trying to reach us.

I'm still trying to understand what that £45 charge, taken from people's bank accounts without consent, actually pertains to. It seems only proper that a reputable company wouldn’t withdraw any funds until the cooling-off period has elapsed.

Yet another individual ringing us up, keen to pitch some insurance for our recent contract phone acquired through Carphone Warehouse on the O2 network.

We're experiencing the same problem as Lucy; they've also withdrawn £45 from our account. I'm planning to pop down to the bank and inquire about it tomorrow. It appears the email they provided is fraudulent, as I can't reach them through that. I intend to give them a ring as well and demand a refund.

I recently received a call from these individuals, and to say I was perturbed would be an understatement! They insisted on obtaining all my card details, claiming they could cut my phone insurance costs in half. Yet, the explanations they provided shifted every time I spoke to them. It's definitely a red flag! Stay vigilant, folks!

How peculiar it is to finally discover the identity linked to this number! We’ve recently upgraded to a new iPhone a few weeks back, and during that time, we were bombarded with calls regarding 'insurance'. Thankfully, we haven't had any further disturbances of that nature since then. However, it dawned on us that we hadn’t migrated our old number over. So, we got in touch with O2, and they initiated the process for a PAC code. Today, we received another call, which leads me to suspect that there’s someone out there monitoring these matters and relaying this information to the persistent callers. Quite frustrating, isn’t it?

We've only just fallen victim to a scam by these people. Has anyone managed to reclaim their funds?

I received a call from this number and it made me feel rather uneasy shortly afterwards. So, true to form, I decided to call them back and was greeted by someone using a different name. This only heightened my sense of unease, prompting me to investigate the company further. Up to now, thankfully, there hasn't been any money withdrawn from my account, but we've only been using this phone for a mere few weeks. Shortly after that initial call, I got a text from Carphone Warehouse regarding fraudulent insurance companies which left me even more suspicious.

Just received yet another pitch for mobile insurance for our brand new O2 device. This one is supposedly from "Real Estate International Financial Services," supposedly on behalf of "Mobile Telephone World." Quite the unusual arrangement!

Fascinating to uncover the identity behind this number. We recently switched to a new iPhone a few weeks back and had a flurry of calls regarding ‘insurance’ shortly after. Thankfully, those pesky calls seemed to have fizzled out a bit. It crossed my mind the other day that we hadn’t actually moved our old number over, so I got in touch with O2, who promptly initiated the PAC code transfer for us. Strangely enough, a call came through today, which makes me wonder if someone is keeping tabs on this sort of thing and feeding information to these callers. Cheers, Bo.

She claimed she was offering insurance for our mobile phone and suggested that we could cancel our existing coverage. However, these individuals have snatched £45 from our bank account, which has left me feeling quite distressed. She directed us to this website, and assuming everything was above board, we followed her instructions without hesitation. It was only after we asked for confirmation of the coverage that things started to feel a bit off.

What on earth are you rambling on about? Mobiles Four Less was one of Asurit’s official resellers, just like Reif. Every company associated with Asurit is completely authorised and regulated by the FSA, so they certainly aren’t a scam.

Oh, look, another marketing company hailing from Wales! Every time we pick up the phone and hear a Welsh fella on the line, our guard goes straight up. What’s with all of them being based in Swansea? It's getting ever so tiresome. I’ve gone and filled out yet another witness statement regarding dodgy trading antics. If you’ve bought a phone recently, you might as well reach out to the seller, it's a right circus! It’s quite amusing, really. Just answer with a cheery, “Hello, Real Estate International, how may we assist you?” in a classic Welsh twang, and, poof! They hang up like they’ve seen a ghost! What a laugh!
