I tried ringing Natwest on a different number but ended up getting a call back from this random number, which said I’d called them originally. I was a bit confused since the only place I dialled was Natwest. The guy on the line was quite polite though and told me to only use the number printed on the back of my Natwest card. He also mentioned that loads of people keep ringing him thinking he’s Natwest, so it sounds like they have major problems forwarding calls correctly.
